NOTES:

• The prices NOT included the following expenses for the consumptions and the services (to pay to the residence reception at the arrival):
  FORFAIT SERVICES:
  € 130/a week for the two-roomed 2+1, the two-roomed 3+1, the two-roomed 4+1
  € 135/a week for the two-roomed 5+1
  € 145/a week for the three-roomed 6
  These expenses included water, electric energy, TV color, bed linen and bath towels (kitchen excluded), with weekly change, parking, use of the swimmimgpool, final cleaning.



• The price are included: taxes, water, light, bed linen and bath towels (kitchen excluded), with weekly change, parking, use of the swimmimgpool;
• Deposit: € 150,00;
• Extra charge: Extra final cleaning: € 35,00 for the kitchenette cleaning if left dirty;
Tennis court: € 8 per hour/ € 11 per hour with lighting; Cradle:is NOT disposable, no extra charge if brought by the guest; Animals:We accept cats and small dogs in the apartments. The animals are not allowed in the common areas and at the swimmingpool. We charge a supplement of è 42,00 for a better final cleaning.
• Payments: 50% on confirmation of the booking, the remaining on arrival;
• Minimun stay : one week (during the whole season);
• Arrival: between 17:00 and 20:00 hours (for other arrival times please contact the management);
• Departure: before 10:00;
• Interruption of the stay: no refund for early departure or renunciation of the stay of the paid sum on arrival;

RECOMMENDATION: we kindly ask our guests to respect the resting hours between 14:00 and 18:00 hours and after 23:00 hours.
